The one with the easiest recipe ever…Slow Cooker Pork Burritos

With Sara starting back to work today, and me with a few more days off, I not only watched Rebecca today, but told Sara I would get supper started in the slow cooker. This meal is EASY, EASY, EASY…oh, and it tastes pretty good too!

Ingredients you need:

pork roast, jar of salsa, can of refried beans, any spices you choose

I put a little minced garlic and some seasoning salt on the pork to add some flavor, but you can add whatever you want.

Next, you need to put all of the ingredients in the slow cooker:

Just dump everything in!

Put the cooker on low and leave it all day…I think our pork cooked for about 8 hours. After it is cooked, shred the pork and stir all the ingredients together. Once I did this, I set it to “warm” and left it in there until we were ready to eat.

Time to get some tortillas and eat!

We put the pork on tortillas and added the toppings we wanted (I put cheese and sour cream on mine). Ta-da! Easy and inexpensive (if you wait for a good sale on the pork) meal that makes a TON!!
