Mexi-Ranch Fiesta Dip
Well, we’ve made it to the last day of school, which means (among countless other things) that it’s time for the end of the year bash – and a chance to try another new recipe. When searching for what to make tonight, I figured I’d want something easy…and you can’t get much easier than dumping and stirring.
Ingredients you will need:
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 10 oz. can Rotel (with liquid drained)
- 11 oz. can Mexicorn (drained)
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese
Here comes the hard part…mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Chill in a refrigerator for about an hour and serve with tortilla chips…can’t wait to try this tonight!
