Beauty is sometimes an unexpected find. #24

So far this winter has been EXTREMELY mild. Daytime highs in the 50s and lows in the upper 20s makes for a pretty pleasant January when you live in Kansas.  It has given me me a chance to explore a little of nature that I don’t normally get to see during winter. Today’s photo was somewhat inspired by a project one of my PhoJo students did last week.  Her photographer liked to take photos with a lot of texture…kind of getting those unexpected shots.
